Unicli was born from a serendipitous reconnection between Nikolay Nikiforov and Greg Bickert. Their paths crossed again at a birthday party their kids were attending. Nikolay, with his vast experience in product development and personal insights as a strata property owner and council board member, saw the potential for innovation in the industry. Greg, a celebrated expert in strata management, shared his vision for a comprehensive solution that could address the current market’s shortcomings. Together, they envisioned a platform that leverages AI to empower property managers, leading to the creation of Unicli. Unicli is pronounced like “Uniquely“—the name reflects our belief that every client is unique, and with Unicli, every response, draft, or generation is tailored to the needs of each UNIQUE CLIENT.

As a strata property owner, real estate investor, and former council board member, Nikolay possesses deep, practical insight into the unique challenges and complexities faced by property managers and owners. His hands-on industry experience, combined with a strong track record of building and scaling products from inception to market, uniquely positions him to identify pain points and drive meaningful change in property management. Driven by a passion for leveraging technology to solve real-world problems, Nikolay co-founded Unicli to transform communication and operational efficiency in the property management industry. Greg Bickert is an accomplished leader with a track record of excellence in every position he’s held prior to founding Inspire Property Management. Known for his commitment to high ethical standards, Greg consistently prioritizes ongoing learning and welcomes innovative ideas and technologies to improve both service quality and workplace culture. He has received multiple honors, including the Industry Leader Award from the Professional Association of Managing Agents and a Top 40 Under 40 recognition from the Kelowna Chamber of Commerce.
