Now, with just a click of the attach button, you can instantly add any of those documents directly to your email. No more searching through servers or downloading files separately—everything you need is right at your fingertips, making it faster and more convenient to send complete, professional replies to your clients.

Sharable Links—Send Large Files and More!

Need to send a large attachment or prefer to keep your mailbox lean for optimal Outlook performance? You can now create a shareable link to any relevant document instead.

Just click the “create a shareable link” button and insert the link into your email. Recipients can access the document instantly, and your sent items folder stays uncluttered—no more bounced emails for large attachment, slowdowns or wasted hard drive space.

Enhanced Data Source Selection for Organization Administrators

Organization administrators can now efficiently select relevant legislation or expert sources for their teams within the Unicli Portal at app.unicli.ai. The Unicli Data Source now offers filter options by Country, Province/State, or Search by Name, allowing quick access to the resources needed.

As support expands to more regions and additional expert content is added, users will have access to an even broader range of tools to enhance their emails with current statutes and expert advice. Unicli continues to provide the capability to pull from client documents such as minutes, insurance summaries, and bylaws, ensuring comprehensive and up-to-date information for your organization.

Redesigned Properties Listing

The Properties listing has been redesigned to provide property managers and organization admins with a more user-friendly experience.

The new card format allows for easier editing of property details, streamlined assignment of access, and quick viewing of all key information at a glance. Additionally, you have the option to add a photo to each property card, allowing you to personalize and visually distinguish properties within the system.
