Improved Property Detection
We are pleased to announce significant enhancements to our property detection capabilities. The system can now identify the relevant property for your emails using additional methods.
With this update, Unicli analyzes the subject line and body of your email to identify the referenced property. This ensures your emails are always in context, drawing on your client’s bylaws, minutes, insurance documents, depreciation reports, and more when crafting responses.
Enhanced Style and Tone Controls
Building on our popular “Tone” feature—which lets you choose between casual, professional, and humorous tones—we are introducing “Style.”
Style works in tandem with Tone, giving you control over whether your message is concise or explanatory. Our default style is optimized for community association management best practices, but you can easily switch to an explanatory or concise style when you need to better align your writing style with your communication goal. You can further personalize each style from Settings tab on the Unicli Portal – My Account page. Combine Style and Tone to tailor your message—whether you want it to be lighthearted, strictly professional, or somewhere in between.
Proxy Register Now Available
Our Proxy Register has officially launched and is ready for use by all clients. This service enables community association managers to create proxy forms for meetings, specific resolutions, or designated periods. Voters can complete and electronically sign forms online. You have can receive proxy assignments via email, save them automatically to a SharePoint folder, or both. Additionally, you can designate volunteers to serve as proxies for those unable to attend, with assignments sent directly to the chosen proxy by email. The registry provides a streamlined way to manage sign-ins and even allows you to preview expected voting outcomes ahead of meetings.
Start collecting proxy assignments the modern way now! Log into app.unicli.ai or select the Unicli Portal button from the settings menu in Outlook or Word. To create a proxy form, first select the desired property. Next, access the Proxy Register tab and initiate a new proxy form there. It’s fast, simple, and intuitive.
Enhanced Draft Quality
Draft quality has also been improved as part of this update. We have incorporated client feedback to refine the types of emails generated. You will notice a marked improvement in the quality of drafts produced by the add-in following today’s update.
We appreciate the valuable feedback from our customers, which helps us continually enhance our systems for the benefit of all clients.
We welcome your feedback on draft quality. If you found a draft particularly helpful or believe there is room for improvement, please use the thumbs up or thumbs down button in the add-in after the draft is generated. Providing detailed comments helps us better understand your feedback and make meaningful improvements.
Quality of Life Improvements
This major update also includes several smaller, quality of life improvements.
Unicli for Outlook’s partial instruction memory feature automatically saves your draft instructions locally on your device, allowing you to check other emails or your calendar and resume editing where you left off when you return to that email.
Button labels now clearly indicate each button’s function. The button text updates automatically when switching between draft, rewrite, or chat modes. The improved interface makes using Unicli add-ins for Outlook and Word even more intuitive and user-friendly.
