One-Click Reply from Outlook Ribbon

Property managers often work on smaller laptop screens, where space is at a premium. Our new one-click reply feature allows you to draft email responses directly from the Outlook ribbon without needing to open Unicli in the task pane.

This means you can quickly respond to emails when no additional instructions are needed, saving you time and keeping your workspace clutter-free.

To provide instructions, change the tone, or to use the chat function simply open the task pane.

Unicli Data Source

Unicli’s strength lies in its ability to provide relevant, just-in-time information for specific communications, eliminating the need for manual research.

With the new Unicli Data Source, we now offer access to local legislation and data from partners like Normac Appraisals or BFL Canada.

These data sources are managed and maintained by Unicli and can be enabled at your discretion. They include valuable insights from vendor partners, enhancing the quality of responses and reducing research time.

Single Sign-On Integration

We’ve simplified your login process with the introduction of single sign-on (SSO) for your Microsoft account.

With SSO, you no longer need to log into Unicli separately for Outlook or Word.

As long as you’re signed in with the same Microsoft email as the one associated with Unicli, you’ll be automatically signed in, making access seamless and hassle-free.

Support for “+” Addressing

For those using “+” addressing to filter communications related to specific properties or discussion topics, Unicli now supports this feature. As long as the Property ID (e.g., EPS1234) is included in the email handle, Unicli will accurately identify the property.

Enhanced Date and Time Awareness

Unicli is now aware of the current date and time, allowing for more accurate customer greetings. Whether it’s a “good morning” or “good afternoon,” Unicli ensures your communications are timely and relevant.

Improved Search and Response Generation

We’ve improved how Unicli searches and responds. Now, it understands language better and can figure out details from questions and data, even if things aren’t super clear.
