Saving documents from Outlook is now faster and easier. With just a couple of clicks, you can rename and save quotes, contracts, correspondence, and other attachments directly to the appropriate linked client folder in SharePoint or OneDrive—without navigating through multiple folder levels.

This is especially valuable when preparing for council and board meetings. As quotes and supporting documents arrive by email, you can quickly file them in your meeting agenda folder and immediately begin comparing proposals, preparing recommendations, or answering questions with Unicli AI.

Because documents are saved directly through Unicli, they are analyzed almost immediately using our battle tested processing agent, and become available for features like Document Comparison, preparing agenda, minutes or answering questions about their contents—helping you spend less time organizing files and more time using them.
