We are pleased to announce two new enhancements to Unicli that make it easier to manage order requirements and keep customer requests organized within a single order. These updates provide greater flexibility when collecting required documentation and simplify the process of handling changes after an order has been submitted.

Request Prerequisites Before Releasing an Order Item

We have introduced the ability to request undertaking letters and other prerequisites before releasing an order item.

While many systems focus exclusively on undertaking letter workflows, Unicli takes a more flexible approach.

Prerequisites are fully customizable, allowing you to request any document, agreement, approval, or other requirement before completing an order item.

This enables you to manage a wide variety of business processes using the same streamlined workflow, with all requests and responses organized within the order.

Add Items to Existing Orders

Property managers can now add additional items to an order after it has been submitted.

This makes it easy to accommodate changes without requiring the real estate agent to create a new order.

Any additional charges are calculated automatically, helping keep billing accurate while reducing duplicate orders and unnecessary processing fees.

Managing everything within a single order also simplifies tracking and provides a better experience for both property mangers and real estate agents.

Not seeing the latest Unicli features yet?

Outlook can aggressively cache web assets used by add-ins, which may delay the appearance of new features, updates, or fixes even after restarting Outlook. If recent changes are not appearing right away, you can use the utility below to clear the Outlook and Office add-in cache and force Outlook to download the latest version of Unicli.

Instructions

  1. DOWNLOAD the ZIP file.
  2. Right-click the ZIP file and select Extract All...
  3. Open the extracted folder.
  4. Double-click Clear-Cache.bat.
  5. Follow the on-screen prompts.

Once completed, Outlook will refresh its cached add-in files, helping ensure you are running the latest version of Unicli.
